If your order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please also attach clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and affected area where applicable.

For your security, never send your complete card number, CVV, account password, or other sensitive payment information through email or the contact form.

Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Tracking information is emailed after an order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–72 hours for a newly issued tracking number to display its first carrier update.

Vita Asana fulfills orders through its U.S. facility and authorized fulfillment partners. Depending on product availability, an order may be dispatched from a different authorized facility or arrive in more than one shipment.

If you would like to request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returns are subject to the eligibility requirements in our Return and Refund Policy and require prior authorization and return instructions from our customer support team.

Please do not send a product to either address listed below unless Vita Asana has confirmed the return destination in writing.
