You do not need to create an account, place an order, pay a fee, or explain why you are submitting the request.

A privacy choice submitted through this control may apply primarily to the browser and device used to submit it. You may need to repeat your choice on each browser or device you use.

1. Our Data Practices

Vita Asana does not sell personal information in exchange for money.

However, we use ecommerce, analytics, attribution, advertising, personalization, fraud-prevention, and similar services that may disclose limited personal information to Shopify and other service providers or advertising partners.

Depending on applicable law and how a service operates, certain disclosures may be legally considered:

2. Your Right to Opt Out

Where applicable law grants an opt-out right, you may direct Vita Asana not to use or disclose your personal information in ways legally considered:

We make privacy choices available through Your Privacy Choices, even though the precise rights and obligations applicable to a request may depend on your state of residence and applicable law.

After a valid request is processed, we will take reasonable steps to apply the preference to relevant advertising and data-sharing activities associated with the browser, device, account, email address, or other identifiers reasonably connected with the request.

3. Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control, commonly known as GPC, is a browser-based privacy preference signal.

Where required by applicable law and supported by our configured privacy systems, a recognized GPC signal is treated as a request to opt out of applicable:

  • Sale of personal information

  • Sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising

  • Processing for targeted advertising

A GPC signal generally applies to the browser and device transmitting the signal. You may need to enable GPC separately on each browser and device you use.

A recognized GPC signal does not require a separate request for the browser and device transmitting it. You may nevertheless use Your Privacy Choices to review or submit your preference.

4. Submit an Opt-Out by Email

Use the subject line:

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your interaction with Vita Asana

  • Your state of residence

  • A clear statement that you wish to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

  • Any other limited information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant records

Do not send:

  • Complete payment-card numbers

  • Card security codes

  • Banking passwords

  • Customer-account passwords

  • Digital-wallet passwords

  • One-time authentication codes

  • Government identification unless we specifically explain why limited verification information is reasonably necessary

  • Other unnecessary sensitive information

Submitting an email request may not automatically place a browser-specific opt-out preference on your device. For the most complete browser-level choice, also use Your Privacy Choices or a supported GPC signal.

Where applicable law establishes a deadline, opt-out requests will be processed as soon as reasonably feasible and within the legally required period. California opt-out requests are generally processed no later than 15 business days after receipt.

5. Browser and Device Scope

A privacy preference may be recorded using:

  • Browser cookies

  • Device or advertising identifiers

  • Email address

  • Customer-account information

  • Other identifiers reasonably associated with the request

You may need to submit your choice again if you:

  • Use a different browser

  • Use another device

  • Clear browser cookies or website data

  • Browse in private or incognito mode

  • Reset your browser’s privacy settings

  • Use a different customer account

  • Access the website without signing in

Where you provide an email address, we may use it to locate relevant customer records and apply the request to supported advertising or data-sharing systems.

Information provided for an opt-out request will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes.

6. What Changes After You Opt Out

After an applicable opt-out is processed, we will take reasonable steps to restrict relevant personal information from being used or disclosed for sale, cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising as required by applicable law.

You may continue to see advertisements after opting out. Those advertisements may be contextual, based on the page you are viewing, based on general location, or selected without using activity across unrelated businesses or websites.

An opt-out does not necessarily:

  • Remove all advertisements

  • Stop every form of analytics

  • Delete personal information

  • Unsubscribe you from marketing emails

  • Remove cookies already stored on your device

  • Prevent disclosures to operational service providers

  • Prevent processing permitted without an opt-out right

To unsubscribe from promotional emails, use the unsubscribe link provided in the email.

To request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right, follow the instructions in our Privacy Policy and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) Policy.

7. Processing That May Continue

An advertising-related opt-out does not prevent us from collecting, using, or disclosing personal information where reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate and secure the website

  • Maintain shopping-cart and checkout functionality

  • Process and verify payments

  • Fulfill and deliver orders

  • Provide requested customer support

  • Maintain customer accounts

  • Process returns, refunds, and replacements

  • Prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions

  • Investigate delivery or payment disputes

  • Remember privacy preferences

  • Diagnose and repair website errors

  • Maintain business and transaction records

  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations

  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights

  • Protect customers, payment-account holders, Vita Asana, or other persons

  • Perform another activity permitted by applicable law

These operational activities are not necessarily considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable privacy law.

8. Shopify and Other Service Providers

Vita Asana uses Shopify to host and operate its online store.

Depending on the Shopify services and settings enabled, Shopify may process information to provide ecommerce functionality, checkout, security, fraud prevention, analytics, personalization, advertising, and store insights.

Privacy preferences submitted through Your Privacy Choices may be communicated to Shopify and properly integrated services through Shopify’s privacy systems.

You may also manage certain information processed independently by Shopify through the Shopify Privacy Portal. Additional details are available in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Other providers may offer their own privacy controls. Provider-level choices may supplement but do not replace a store-level request submitted to Vita Asana.

9. Authorized Agents

Where permitted by applicable law, you may authorize another person to submit an opt-out request on your behalf.

We may request limited information reasonably necessary to confirm that the agent has authority to act for you. This may include signed permission or direct confirmation from you.

We will not require unnecessary sensitive information merely to process an opt-out request. A recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal does not require separate agent authorization for the browser or device transmitting that signal.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Vita Asana website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 in a manner requiring affirmative authorization under applicable law.

11. No Discrimination

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercised an applicable privacy right.
